The SolarRaptor SunStrip 35 Reptile

is an LED light with UV-A for terrariums.
His light reproduction gives terrarium a very natural look and increases the color brilliance of the animals. With 120 ° viewing angle a generous illumination is generated.
The SolarRaptor
SunStrip 35 Reptile combines energy efficiency, long life, and natural light spectrum as well as thought after functionality in shallow aluminum design. During production we exclusively use eco-friendly materials, which are free of mercury.
When utilising low voltage technology the SolarRaptor SunStrip 35 Reptile has a power consumption of 35 watts per meter. Unlike fluorescent lights HQL or HQI lamps it does not produce any radiant heat and little sensible heat. This is a huge advantage, especially in the summer when temperatures are high and terrariums have a tendency to overheat.
To operate the SolarRaptor SunStrips 35 Reptile a DRV (Pre-Switch device)
needed. Those are available in various wattages and need to be chosen in accordance the length (= wattage) of the Sunstrips.
At the top of the LED lamp is an aluminum profile. On the one hand this profile gives away warmth and protects the LEDs from overheating; on the other hand it can be used to install the
SunStrip Holder. With them the strips can be installed in any terrarium. From screwing to hanging everything is possible. One can even interconnect SunStrips in length.
