We have 4 options for payments:

We recommend payments made by debit card. It is easy, safe, fast and has the advantage that we can ship the goods immediately - see more under 'Delivery'.
The use of payment cards in this store is safe and certified by PBS (Pengeinstitutternes Betalingsservice), which means that you as a customer do not run into any risk when you use your payment card. Your entered card information will never reach LP Racks.
Bank transfer:
The amount is transferred via your local bank / post office or via online banking. Always remember to state the order number or telephone number, otherwise we might have difficulties locating your deposit. Our account information is:

This payment solution is widely used, but has the disadvantage that we can only ship the goods once we have received your payment.

Delivery
All orders are sent by DACHSER, DSV or Post Nord, unless a separately made agreement between the buyer and
www.lpracks.com.
This means that the goods are sent within 5-7 * days of receiving the order.
If an order consisting of several items that will always be sent together. It is therefore the item with the longest delivery time that you need to identify how long it takes before the entire order is shipped. The stated delivery time is indicative and can thus be deviated from.
Please note that you must not sign the receipt until you have checked that the package is intact and that the received goods are undamaged. Therefore, check your goods at the post office or with the freight forwarder before driving. LP Racks can not subsequently replace damaged goods if you have first signed the receipt. The claim for compensation lapses if the recipient has signed the receipt and has not objected to the carrier. If the item has broken during shipment, this must be written on the consignment note and you must have a copy, which is sent to LP Racks, the case is then treated as a transport damage.

RACKS - usually shipped 2-3 weeks after order.
HERPTEK - Only taken home on order, and stock is not kept. Upon receipt of order confirmation, the order can be canceled up to 2 days after ordering. After which the order can not be undone - as production is started.
Shipping
We have several options for shipping:
Parcels Post.
Packages are sent with Post Nord, which uses several different suppliers (GLS, POSTNORD, DHL, FEDEX, DOA, DAP, etc.) - the supplier that best suits your address / location is always chosen.
DSV / Dachser
Larger items are sent on pallets with DSV / Dachser. Who tries to deliver it to you at the specified address (either at your private address or your work address). In order for them to deliver the item to you, they require that the item can be acknowledged upon receipt. (See also under Delivery)
All Racks and large Plastic boxes are shipped on Pallets.
IMPORTANT:

Always check the shipment for external signs of damage, cracks, dents, etc. If there are clear signs on the outer packaging, it must be signed subject to receipt.
If there are no visible signs of the shipment, but the goods are still damaged, it must be reported to LP Racks ApS immediately.
Take pictures of the damaged goods, the outer packaging (with shipping label so you can see who has transported the goods, eg GLS, Fedex, etc.) and the inner packaging.
If the shipment is damaged, visible or not, the original packaging and the damaged goods must be stored until the compensation case has been processed. In certain cases, the courier companies want to pick up the goods for further inspection in connection with the processing of the compensation case.

IMPORTANT:
Please check carefully, your received shipment / order, if any damaged or parts missing, you MUST claim in writing within 48 hours after receiving the products.
This claim must include customer name, order number, and date claimed, as well as a digital photo of the damaged item and inventory of missing parts in writing.
Claim received after 48 Hours are not covered by LP Racks ApS.
A damaged or missing part in no way extends our return policy to cover refunding shipping and handling cost of shipping products back for refund or exchange.

IMPORTANT:
When the shipment is delivered, consignee have to check the shipment for visible damages. If there are signs of damages on the package, consignee have to check the shipment before sign the POD.
If the package is received and after opening the shipment, can see hidden damage to the cargo. Consignee have to take pictures of the damaged cargo and sent to LP Racks latest 48 hours after receiving the shipment.

IMPORTANT:
Transport damages on goods, will be replaced as a voucher, that can be used on the next order.
The broken goods have to be returned to LP Racks, before new parts (as a voucher) will be replaced.
Example, if you get a shipment of tubs or metal shelf - and one tub / metal Shelf is broken, you will get a voucher for a free tub / metal Shelf on your next order.
You can also come to our address and return the broken goods and get them replaced with new parts.

Terms of trade
The following sales and delivery conditions apply to all deliveries from LP Racks ApS. The terms apply in the event that no other written agreements have been entered into between you as the buyer and LP Racks ApS.
Documentation and guidance
If there are product descriptions and user manuals for the item, these are included with the delivery from LP Racks ApS. If you want further information or advice from LP Racks ApS, this is for guidance only.
Delivery time and transport
Delivery of goods from
www.lpracks.com is considered to have taken place when the consumer has received the goods. The shipment of goods always takes place with BWS * / DVS.
* BWS Uses multiple vendors.
The risk to the goods
The risk and responsibility for goods purchased from LP Racks ApS only passes to you as a consumer at the time of delivery.
Complaint
Any errors or omissions in delivery from LP Racks ApS must be invoked within a reasonable time after you discover the error. It is your duty to state and on request show how the error or defect manifests itself. If you discover an error, contact LP Racks ApS quickly. As a rule, you can only complain about errors that appear, no later than two years in Denmark and 1 year other countries after you have received the item. For items with a limited shelf life, your right of appeal is limited by the shelf life period that LP Racks has offered you.
For LP3 racks, there is no rust guarantee, as we dont have control on how they have been treated after they have left our place.
In case of a complaint, that is cowered by LP Racks ApS, the goods needs to be return to LP Racks ApS in Denmark - the shipping cost of return is not covered by LP Racks ApS.
Right of withdrawal
LP Racks ApS provides a 10-day right of withdrawal, valid from the day you receive the item. If you regret the purchase, LP Racks must be notified no later than 10 days after the day you received the item. You have a duty to return the item in the same condition and quantity as it was received, this also applies to the packaging and information signs on the item. You must bear the costs associated with returning the item.
Ordered items will not be returned.
Order item (Racks and Herptek) which is taken home on order - and thus not returned.
Money is not returned when returning an item.

Liability for Damage to Property Caused by the Goods:
36. The Buyer shall indemnify and hold the Seller harmless to the extent that the Seller incurs liability towards any third party in respect of any damage for which the Seller is not liable towards the Buyer according to the second and third paragraphs of this Clause.
The Seller shall not be liable for loss or damage caused by the goods:
a) to any (movable or immovable) property where the damage occurs while the goods are in the Buyer’s possession, or
b) to products manufactured by the Buyer or to products of which the Buyer’s products form a part or for loss or damage to any property, where the damage is caused by these products because of properties in the goods.
The Seller shall under no circumstances be liable for loss of production, loss of profit or any other consequential economic loss.
The above limitations in the Seller’s liability shall not apply where the Seller
has been guilty of gross negligence.
If a claim for loss or damage as described in this Clause is raised by a third party against either party to the contract, the latter shall forthwith notify the other party thereof.
The Seller and the Buyer shall be mutually obliged to let themselves be summoned to the court or arbitral tribunal which examines claims against either of them, where the claim is based on damage alleged to have been caused by the goods.
The liability as between the Seller and the Buyer shall, however, always be settled by arbitration in accordance with Clause 40.
Grounds for Relief (Force Majeure)
37. The following circumstances shall be considered as grounds for relief if
they impede the performance of the contract or makes performance unreasonably
onerous: industrial disputes and any other circumstance beyond the control
of the parties such as fire, war, mobilization or military call up of a comparable
scope, requisition, seizure, currency restrictions, insurrection and civil
commotion, shortage of transport, general shortage of materials, restrictions in
the use of power and defects or delays in deliveries by sub-contractors caused by
any such circumstance as referred to in this Clause.
The above described circumstances shall constitute grounds for relief only if
their effect on the performance of the contract could not be foreseen at the time
of formation of the contract.
38. The party wishing to claim relief shall notify the other party in writing
without delay on the intervention and on the cessation of such circumstance.
If grounds for relief prevent the Buyer from fulfilling his obligations, he shall
compensate the Seller for expenses incurred in securing and protecting the goods.
39. Notwithstanding other provisions of these General Conditions, either party
shall be entitled to terminate the contract by notice in writing to the other party
if performance of the contract is delayed more than six months by reason of any
grounds for relief as described in Clause 37.
Disputes. Applicable Law
40. Disputes arising out of or in connection with the contract shall not be brought before the court, but shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the law on arbitration applicable in the Seller’s country.
41. All disputes arising out of the contract shall be judged according to the law of the Seller’s country.

Denne betalingsløsning er meget anvendt, men har den ulempe, at vi først kan afsende varerne, når vi har modtaget din indbetaling.

Levering
Alle bestillinger sendes med BWS (GLS - POST NORD) eller DSV, hvis ikke andet er aftalt særskilt mellem køber og
www.lpracks.com.
Dette betyder at varerne sendes indenfor 5-7* dage efter modtaget ordre.
En ordre bestående af flere varer vil altid blive sendt samlet. Det er derfor den vare med den længste leveringstid, du skal bruge som identifikation for hvor lang tid der går, før hele ordren bliver afsendt. Oplyste leveringstidspunkt er vejledende og kan således fraviges.
Bemærk venligst at du ikke må skrive under på modtagelsen, før du har kontrolleret at pakken er intakt, og at de modtagne varer er ubeskadige. Kontroller derfor dine varer på posthuset eller sammen med fragtmanden inden han kører. LP Racks kan ikke efterfølgende erstatte beskadige varer, hvis du først har skrevet under på modtagelsen. Erstatningskravet bortfalder hvis modtager har skrevet under på modtagelsen og ikke har gjort indsigelse til fragtmanden. Er varen gået itu under forsendelsen skal dette skrives på fragtseddlen og du skal have en kopi, som sendes til LP Racks, Sagen bliver herefter behandlet som en transportskade.
RACKS - sendes normalt 2-3 uger efter ordre.
HERPTEK - Tages kun hjem på ordre, og lager føres ikke. Efter modtagelse af ordre bekræftelse, kan ordren fortrydes indtil 2 dage efter bestilling. Hvorefter ordren ikke kan fortrydes - da produktionen er igang sat.
Forsendelse
Vi har flere muligheder for forsendelse:
Pakker sendes med Post Nord, som bruger flere forskellige leverandør (GLS, POSTNORD, DHL, FEDEX, DOA, DAP, Osv.) - der bliver altid valgt den leverandør der passer bedst til din adresse / placering.
Større vare sendes på paller med DSV / Dachser. Som forsøger at levere den hos dig på den angive adresse (enten på din private adresse eller din arbejdsadresse). For at de kan levere varen ved dig, kræver de at der kan kvitteres for varen i forbindelse med modtagelse. (Se også under Levering)
Alle Racks og store Plast kasser sendes kun på Paller.
VIGTIGT:

Tjek altid forsendelsen for ydre tegn på beskadigelse, revner, buler, etc. Er der tydelige tegn på den ydre emballage, skal der underskrives med forbehold ved modtagelsen.
Er der ingen synlige tegn på forsendelsen, men godset er alligevel beskadiget, skal det straks anmeldes til LP Racks.
Tag billeder af det beskadigede gods, den ydre emballage (med fragtlabel, så man kan se, hvem der har transporteret godset, eks. GLS, Fedex, etc.) samt den indre emballage.
Er forsendelsen beskadiget, synligt eller ej, skal original emballagen og det ødelagte gods gemmes, indtil erstatningssagen er færdigbehandlet. I visse tilfælde ønsker kurerselskaberne at afhente godset for nærmere besigtigelse ifb. med behandlingen af erstatningssagen.

Handelsbetingelser
Nedenstående salgs- og leveringsbetingelser gælder for alle leverancer fra LP Racks. Betingelserne gælder i det tilfælde, hvor der ikke er indgået andre skriftlige aftaler mellem dig som køber og LP Racks.
Dokumentation og vejledning
Hvis der findes produktbeskrivelser og brugervejledninger til varen, følger disse med leverancen fra LP Racks. Ønsker du yderligere oplysning eller rådgivning fra LP Racks side, er denne af vejledende art.
Leveringstidspunkt og transport
Levering af varer fra www.lpracks.com anses for sket, når forbrugeren har fået varen udleveret. Forsendelsen af varer sker altid med DACHSER / DVS.
Risikoen for varerne
Risikoen og ansvaret for varer købt hos LP Racks overgår først til dig som forbruger på leveringstidspunktet.
Reklamation
Eventuelle fejl eller mangler ved levering fra LP Racks skal påberåbes i rimelig tid efter, at du har opdaget fejlen. Det en din pligt at angive og på forlangende vise, hvordan fejlen eller manglen ytrer sig. Hvis du opdager en fejl, skal du hurtigt rette henvendelse til LP Racks. Du kan som udgangspunkt kun klage over fejl, der viser sig, senest to år i Danmark og 1 år i andre lande, efter du har fået varen leveret. For varer med begrænset holdbarhed er din klagemulighed afgrænset af den holdbarhedsperiode, LP Racks har stillet dig i udsigt.
For LP3 racks yders der ikke rust garanti, da vi ikke er herre over hvordan varen bliver behandlet efter den har forladt vores adresse.
Ved en reklamations sag, som er dækket af LP Racks, skal varen returneres til LP Racks, prisen på fragt dækkes ikke af LP Racks.
Fortrydelsesret
LP Racks yder 10 dages fortrydelsesret, gældende fra den dag du modtager varen. Fortryder du købet, skal LP Racks underrettes herom senest 10 dage efter den dag, du fik varen i hænde. Du har pligt til at returnere varen i samme stand og mængde, som den er modtaget, dette er også gældende for den emballage og infoskilte der er på varen. Du skal selv afholde de omkostninger, der er forbundet med at returnere varen.
Bestillings vare tages ikke retur.
Bestillingsvare (Racks og Herptek) som tages hjem på ordre - og derved ikke tages retur.
Penge gives ikke retur, ved returnering af vare.

Alle priser hos LP Racks – på web-adressen www.lpracks.com – er inkl. moms. men ekskl. porto/fragt.
Produktansvar:
Ansvar for tingskade, forvoldt af materiellet (produktansvar)
Jf. NL 92 pkt. 36
36. Køberen skal holde sælgeren skadesløs i den udstrækning, sælgeren pålægges ansvar overfor tredjemand for sådan skade og sådant tab, som sælgeren efter dette punkts andet og tredje afsnit ikke er ansvarlig for overfor køberen. Sælgeren er ikke ansvarlig for skade, forvoldt af materiellet:
a) på fast ejendom eller løsøre, som indtræder, medens materiellet er i køberens besiddelse,
b) på produkter, der er fremstillet af køberen, eller på produkter, hvori disse indgår, eller for skade på fast ejendom eller løsøre, som disse produkter som følge af materiellet forårsager.
I intet tilfælde er sælgeren ansvarlig for driftstab, tabt fortjeneste eller andre økonomiske konsekvenstab.
De nævnte begrænsninger i sælgerens ansvar gælder ikke, hvis han har gjort sig
skyldig i grov uagtsomhed.
Hvis tredjemand fremsætter krav mod en af parterne om erstatningsansvar i henhold til dette punkt, skal denne part straks underrette den anden herom.
Sælger og køber er gensidigt forpligtet til at lade sig sagsøge ved den domstol eller voldgiftsret, som behandler erstatningskrav, der er rejst mod en af dem på grundlag af en skade eller et tab, som påstås forårsaget af materiellet. Det indbyrdes forhold mellem køber og sælger skal dog altid afgøres ved voldgift i henhold til punkt 40.
Ansvarsfrihed (force majeure)
Jf. NL 92 pkt. 37-39.
37. Følgende omstændigheder medfører ansvarsfrihed, såfremt de forhindrer aftalens opfyldelse eller gør opfyldelsen urimeligt byrdefuld: arbejdskonflikt og enhver anden omstændighed, som parterne ikke er herre over, såsom brand, krig, mobilisering eller militærindkaldelser af tilsvarende omfang, rekvirering, beslaglæggelse, valutarestriktioner, oprør og uroligheder, mangel på transportmidler, almindelig vareknaphed, restriktioner af drivkraft samt mangler ved eller forsinkelse af leverancer fra underleverandører, som skyldes nogen af de i dette punkt nævnte
omstændigheder.
Omstændigheder, som nævnt, medfører kun ansvarsfrihed, såfremt deres indflydelse på aftalens opfyldelse ikke kunne forudses ved indgåelsen af aftalen.
38. Det påhviler den part, der ønsker at påberåbe sig nogen an-svarsfrihedsgrund, som nævnt i punkt 37, ufortøvet, skriftligt at underrette den anden part om dens opståen og ophør.
Ved force majeure hos køberen skal denne dække de omkostninger, sælgeren pådrager sig for at sikre og beskytte materiellet.
39. Uanset hvad der i øvrigt følger af disse almindelige leveringsbetingelser, kan
enhver af parterne hæve aftalen ved skriftlig meddelelse til den anden part, såfremt
aftalens opfyldelse hindres i mere end 6 måneder af en begivenhed, som nævnt i
punkt 37.
Tvister. Lovvalg
40. Tvistigheder i anledning af aftalen og alt, som har sammenhæng hermed, kan ikke underkastes domstolenes prøvelse, men skal afgøres ved voldgift i overensstemmelse med de lovregler om voldgift, som gælder i sælgerens land.
41. Alle retsspørgsmål, der måtte opstå i anledning af aftalen, skal bedømmes efter loven i sælgerens land.
